Payment

To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which will be included in the total amount due.

By paying the required deposit as indicated on your quotation, you will secure your 4×4 rental vehicle & accommodation and ensure availability at the selected lodges or hotels and/or camp sites.

This is highly recommended, as during certain times of the year, availability may be limited and securing a rental vehicle and/or accommodation may become difficult.

The payment currency is Namibian Dollars (NAD).

Payment is secure, and you can process your payment via the online link provided on this page. Simply fill in the required information and submit it to complete your payment.

Alternatively, we can email you a payment link that connects directly to our secure payment platform.

The balance of the quotation is due 6 weeks prior to the tour dates and must be paid in full before your arrival.

We recommend reviewing and confirming all payments, including both vehicle rental and accommodation, ahead of your journey to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
