To be honest, I was probably annoying because I had so many questions but Melbic team was so patient and professional answering all my queries. When we got there, staff were so polite and took time to orient us with the vehicle. Since we’re first timers, we didnt know that locks are such common issues/breakages that people deal with their vehicles due to rough roads. I was sweating and stressing. But communicating with Melbic team was sweat free and the issue was fixed within an hour by going to the nearest service station that they have connections with. Thankfully, that was the only issue we had. ☺️ Overall, we had an amazing and beautiful time in Namibia and Melbic team contributed big time in making it as smooth as possible! Definitely coming back to Namibia and would rent vehicle with Melbic again. Shout out to Loup, Bianca, Regan, and Lorenzo for assisting us! Lors de la prise en charge, la présentation du véhicule et de l'équipement a été d'une grande clarté : ils ont pris le temps de bien nous expliquer comment rouler avec le 4x4, comment utiliser les tentes de toit et quoi faire en cas de problème. On sent immédiatement que les voitures sont préparées minutieusement. ​Pendant le séjour, nous avons rencontré un tout petit souci avec le frigo (un fusible qui avait sauté). L'agence s'est montrée extrêmement efficace et réactive : dès le lendemain, nous avons pu nous arrêter dans un garage partenaire et la réparation a été effectuée très rapidement, sans nous faire perdre de temps. ​Un service irréprochable et un grand professionnalisme. Estuvieron muy atentos en los traslados al aeropuerto, y todos los extras que cogimos cumplieron las expectativas. El 4x4 venía equipado com lo necesario para salir de cualquier imprevisto en los complicadas carreteras, y también incluía dos ruedas de repuesto que por suerte no tuvimos que utilizarlas.
